What gets approved.
Every thumbnail is reviewed by a moderator before it reaches anyone's game. These are the rules they check against — follow them and your submission goes through on the first pass.
Do this
What a good thumbnail looks like.
Avoid this
The three reasons submissions get rejected.
What the server accepts
Checked automatically on upload, before a moderator ever sees it.
How a submission travels
From your game to everyone else’s.
Capture
Use the in-game capture tool: it detects the scene and gives you a layer editor to compose the shot without leaving the level. Or upload a file you already have.
Review
Your submission lands in the verification queue. A moderator checks it against the rules above and approves or rejects it.
Live
Once approved it appears on that level’s cell for every player, and anyone can rate it from the thumbnail gallery.
If something slips through
Any player can report a thumbnail from inside the game. Moderators review reports and can remove content or ban accounts that keep breaking the rules. If you think your submission was rejected by mistake, ask in the Discord — there is no appeal queue, but the team reads it.
